This application is for you if you would like to be a part of our meal options over the weekend. We are extremely passionate about food and having top quality meals is an absolute must. If you prepare fresh, delicious, organic, healthy, farm to table fare then please apply.

Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of GATHER our exclusive retreat for women.

We created this event as a way to connect and create community. As women learning to navigate life, with all of it's demands, we know it is a path much easier to walk together than alone.

We endeavour to welcome women to our retreat who are kind, thoughtful, creative, and interesting. Women who are keen to spend time connecting with others in nature.

We are excited to hear about you and what you would like to offer at our retreat. Thank you for taking the time to connect and share with us.

DETAILS

Each vendor/caterer will provide a or multiple balanced meals and include options for those with various dietary restrictions. We hope to offer 2 Brunches and 1-2 Dinner meals, buffet style.

We do not provide onsite cooking facilities. All food must be prepped offsite in a registered facility and all cooks must posess a valid food safe licence.

We can provide water and power for onsite set up and warm up as well as refridgeration.
