GATHER Marketplace Vendor Application Form

This application is for you if you would like to have a space in our Evening Marketplace taking place Friday August 15 after dinner (time tbd, approx. 5pm-9pm including set up and take down)


Cost: There will be a $50 fee to hold a space in the vendors market. You will recieve a bill to be paid prior to the event date.

Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of GATHER our exclusive retreat for women.


We created this event as a way to connect and create community. As women learning to navigate life, with all of it's demands, we know it is a path much easier to walk together than alone.


We endeavour to welcome women to our retreat who are kind, thoughtful, creative, and interesting. Women who are keen to spend time connecting with others in nature.


We are excited to hear about you and what you would like to offer at our retreat. Thank you for taking the time to connect and share with us.


DETAILS


Each vendor will be responsible for providing the following

  • Your wares

  • Table and all set up furniture/decor

  • Pop-up tent

  • CASH ONLY (wifi and service are not reliable enough for online payment options. We are also encouraging complete disconnection from devices)


You will be responsible for all set up and take down of your booth

There will live music played during the market. Electricity is available if needed.
